An unusual natural cuisine is the trademark of Chef Marcin Gruszka — a member of Poland National Culinary Team. As he puts it himself, he likes to mix tastes. That is why a fresh beet is accompanied by roasted white chocolate, and mugho pine sprigs picked in the late summer turn into aromatic oil. He creates menu inspired by nature and with a visionary use of local, seasonal ingredients in the WIDOK Restaurant with a glazed kitchen wall and a view on Tatra Mountains. He cleverly meanders in the tastes of the world, which led to the creation of a Highlander’s Ramen — a broth cooked for two days with dumplings and dried sauerkraut, which is a proprietary interpretation of Japanese soup. As a true Highlander he is also devoted to traditional dishes such as steak tartare or tenderloin steak which are constantly changed to give them new, unusual tastes.
The Chef does not forget about the youngest guests. A special menu was created even for the most demanding palate.
The restaurant also offers a buffet breakfast for the people that are not guests of the hotel. Taking into consideration the profile of the hotel, only adults and kids over 15 can go to the breakfast buffet every day from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m. The cost is 60zł per person.

LOBBY BAR
Whisky from ten different countries, Colombian rum, Mexican tequila and old Polish liqueur made with traditional methods. The offer is further widened by a careful choice of wines, which will fit into everyone’s tastes. Lobby Bar is the full relaxation, tasty coffee, unique drinks, proprietary lemonades and cocktails and a view on the Tatra’s panorama in one place.
